01Do they need an account or an app?
No. They tap the link on any phone or laptop. It opens in their browser, in any country, on any network.
02How long does the link work?
Forever. Pay once; we host the gift for life. We have never expired a paid gift and we never will.
03Can I edit it after I send?
Yes, until they open it. After they've seen it, you can still add wishes and capsule notes, but the core scenes are locked.
04Is it private?
Yes. The URL is unguessable. You can add a 4-digit PIN. We don't index, sell, or analyse the content of your gift.
05What about the time capsule?
It's an add-on (+₹49) or included in the Promise format. It seals a message until a date you set, then opens automatically with an email.
06Payments and refunds?
UPI, all major cards, and net banking via Razorpay. If something's wrong, we refund — no questions for the first 7 days.
